PROFESSIONALISM that Veralucia Giraldo has provided me.
I have booked several flights through Go2Peru and
Veralucia was always prompt in replying to my requests.
I have sent her several emails regarding information
requests and she always got back to me very promptly and
answered all my questions.
I also had a change in my travel plans and had to cancel
some flights and make new reservations and Veralucia was
extremely helpful in providing me with alternate choices
that fit my schedule. She did this all in a very
friendly and professional manner.
I have tremendous appreciation for Veralucia's customer

Dear Monica,
Just wanted to let you know we had a wonderful time in
Peru. We happened to be in Cusco when the general strike
was about to start (this was our departure day back to
Lima) I would like you to pass on our thanks to all
those at Condor Travel in Cusco who did a very
professional job in getting us out ahead of schedule and
particularly to the woman who took us the airport and
got our flight changed to a much earlier one on Thursday
Feb. 21 just hours before they took over the airport.
Thanks again...we'll be back !!!

Dear Cecilia,
Thank you so much. I was going to write to you to let
you know about my wonderful experience at the Del Prado
Hotel in Cusco. Not only was it the best hotel during
our stay. The staff was amazing. I left my eye glasses
behind and they found the most economical way to ship
them back, bought a glasses case and would not even
accept a handling fee. They charged my credit card just
for the cost of the case and the shipping--$21.00 total.
It would have cost me $400.00 to buy new glasses. The
hotel is clean, modern, nicely decorated and they have
an excellent breakfast buffet. They also have full cable
TV. By the end of our trip we were ready to relax with a
little television. I would go back to Cusco, just to
stay at the Del Prado!
Thanks again for your help. I will definitely continue
to recommend Go2Peru to all of my colleagues.

Dear Monica,
